Pre-existing medical conditions

Any medical conditions you do not declare will not be covered, which may result in a claim being declined for this or a linked condition.

Adventure/extreme sports

High-risk activities such as white-water rafting, racing, rock climbing, and similar sports are considered dangerous by insurers. Generally, you won’t be able to claim expenses related to these activities.

Drug and alcohol related incidents

Injuries and accidents that occur while under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not covered by insurers.
